Job Description
- Provide 1st - 3rd level support to end-users (PCs/ Laptops/ Servers/ Printers/ Project management)
- Hardware/ software troubleshooting/ maintenance/ updates and include asset Inventory and Active Directory management where required
- Installation & configuration of operating systems, drivers, software patches & other PC peripherals
- Experience in Windows, Networking, Exchange Servers, MS Operating Systems, VM Ware, Active Directory/ SAP/ ERP etc
Requirements
- Nitec/ Diploma/ Degree in Computer Studies/ Information Technology/ Electronics or equivalent
- Preferably with 1-3 years of relevant IT on site related working experience
- Knowledge of Windows7/10, Windows Server, file/print/scan services, Outlook/Office 2016, Office 365 suite, 2FA, Lan/Wan/Wireless network connectivity, VPN, mobile devices, meeting room audio/video conferencing systems, PABX and basic application is essential
- Good communication at all levels, including working with vendors and able to work independently
