Review, interpret and analyze agreements and other related legal documents
Research and document accounting positions for complex transactions under IFRS & local country GAAPs
Prepare accounting memos contrasting treatment differences between US GAAP and IFRS/Local GAAPs
Provide in-depth understanding of local accounting treatments to Corporate Controllers, FP&A, Tax, and auditors
Assist in the development of reports/tools/processes to facilitate the systematization of US GAAP to IFRS/local GAAP financial statement conversion and reconciliation
Be extensively involved in the coordination of statutory audit deliverables
Qualifications
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA) or equivalent
5+ years of experience preferred
Bachelor's degree and CPA Certification preferred
Experience with complex transactions at a multi-national public entity is highly desired
Solid knowledge of IFRS and any other local country GAAPs
Comfortable moving between US GAAP corporate reporting and IFRS/local GAAP statutory reporting
Excellent communicator in both oral and written settings
Able to interact with all levels of management
