The Manager will report to the Assistant Director of NBS Global Leaders (NGL) programme. The NBS Global Leaders (NGL) programme is a premier scholars programme offered by NBS. The Manager will have a dotted reporting line to Assistant Director of UPO Marketing, Outreach, Admissions. Working closely in partnership with the Marketing, Outreach & Admissions (MOA) pillar, he/she shall play an important role in the entire recruitment process for the NGL programme, from marketing to outreach and admissions.Β
He/she will also oversee one NGL staff member responsible for UPO-related activities that impact NGL students, e.g., enrolment, curriculum planning, overseas exchange, and other programme components.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Formulation & drive execution of the marketing plan for the NGL programme
Drive analysis of market trends, candidatesβ insights, programme trends and competitorsβ analysis to build programme strategy
Spearhead social media marketing for the NGL programmes to boost engagement with potential applicants, current UG students, and related stakeholder groups.
Initiate, organize and run information sessions/webinars/experience days locally as well as internationally (as and when required)
Plan and execute admissions processes for applicants to the NGL programme
Key competencies and qualifications requirements:
Degree in any field; Business or Marketing preferred.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Possess a creative and innovative mind for the development of engaging and targeted campaigns
An analytical thinker who could interpret campaign data to drive decisions
Keen knowledge of various digital marketing platforms and performance tracking
Keen knowledge of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and SendGrid
Strong content marketing skills such as long and short-form content creation, copywriting
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects concurrently
Proficient in Microsoft excel and visualization of dataset
Able to work after-office hours/ weekend when required (This is due to outreach and marketing events which will typically be held over weekends such as open houses for Poly/JC students etc.)
