Job Description - Marketing and Branding Senior Executive Marketing executive oversee various aspects of products’ SKU from product sourcing to execute roll out of the products in selected regions/Countries where the company has direct operations or has presence of regional partners.
Product distribution’s marketing, branding and sales coordination responsibilities: • Product Portfolio management: Oversees and manage various products under Company’s portfolio o Products sourcing and scouting o Conduct market research, intelligence on new & existing product SKU portfolio o Market and Product Assessment
• Marketing and Branding o Establish, develop, execute and manage distribution marketing strategies and budget to drive distribution sales and improve profitability o Supporting in creating Marketing campaigns on E-commerce platform or social media or company websites - oversees, coordination for development and execution o Branding: Implement brand strategy and ensure consistency with Company’s brand guidelines and brand vision as well as identify and work closely with digital (freelance or agency) marketers o Analyse business growth on various channel on launches & promotions. o Manage key stakeholders Principal brands owners Regional Direct and Indirect Distribution Channels
• Sales engagement with regional team and partners: o Work with channels to ensure sales objectives are met with agreed budget. o Metrics development for monitoring sales performance for management reporting o Ensure speed to market for new products listings as well as distribution expansion o Proactively coordinate Sales, Customer and Technical enquiries with principal and direct channels
Other responsibilities: - Work closely with operations to ensure healthy stock forecast and ensure sufficient stocks for distribution
Requirements: - Degree in Marketing and/or Healthcare-related (e.g., Pharmacist training will be of value add) - Proven experience in products management - Digital marketing experience preferably with healthcare products - Commercial awareness, proven teamwork skills, excellent communication and networking ability - Adaptable and able to work independently - Result oriented; Strong attention to detail and good organisation and planning skills - Value-add: pricing formulation; regional sales exposure to Indonesia, Philippines or China, Hong Kong/Macau
