For over 35 years, we have been a leading industrial producer of L-Menthol, using our core technology, asymmetric synthesis.
This technology enables us to produce unique, novel, and nature-identical aroma ingredients, and in addition, to manufacture pharmaceutical intermediates, functional materials, and other fine chemicals.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Lead
and oversee the provision of market intelligence on products and trends to
advise management, Category and drive strategic initiatives and roll-out
to Sales
- Collaborate
with Category and Sales team to identify and capitalize on emerging market
trends and innovative concepts.
- Establish
and maintain strong communication channels with regional and local
sales/marketing networks to monitor and act on product trends effectively.
- Spearhead
the development and upkeep of marketing database systems to track market
trends, product information, and competitive insights.
2. Advanced Market Research and Analysis
- Drive
market research initiatives, including engagement with external research
services, to collect, analyze, and interpret data on current and emerging
food trends.
- Advice
Category, Sales and R&D team with insights into market trends, new
concepts, and flavor applications to enhance product offerings.
- Conduct
in-depth competitor analysis focusing on product concepts, applications,
and design strategies to inform competitive positioning.
- Deliver
comprehensive evaluations and actionable recommendations to support
product development, flavor creation, and market strategies.
3. Marketing Presentations and Communications
- Develop
compelling market presentations tailored to customer and sales team
requests, showcasing innovative concepts and market insights.
- Act
as a key presenter and strategic advisor in customer interactions and
cross-functional team discussions
4. Additional Responsibilities
- Undertake
other relevant tasks assigned to support organizational goals and
marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum
of 3-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food or
flavor industry.
- Strong
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Expertise
in marketing research practices and principles.
- Proven
strategic thinking and analytical abilities to translate data into
actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated
ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
