Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop and implement tender strategies with user departments to ensure both cost effectiveness and high quality.<\/span>
<\/p>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare comprehensive tender documents and draft contracts that clearly define contractors’ roles and protect company interests.<\/span>
<\/p>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Analyze tender submissions and negotiate with suppliers to achieve best value outcomes.<\/span>
<\/p>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage post\-contract activities, ensuring suppliers comply with agreements and collaborating with internal stakeholders.<\/span>
<\/p>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the contract lifecycle, including integrating sustainability goals into procurement processes.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

Requirements:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor’s degree and 3–4 years of procurement and sourcing experience.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, tendering, contract management, negotiation, and governance.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience with e\-procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or Zycus) and CIPS or CPSM certification<\/span><\/span>
