Our client is a European MNC in the Electronics Packaging Manufacturing located in the North of Singapore. This is a global Project Manager role in process automation and improvements in their assembly and plating factories across Asia and Europe.

Project management and execution
- Planning and Coordination of technical improvement and alignment activities between manufacturing sites.
- Driving improvement projects at sites.
- Developing new standards within projects.
- Transfer of new standards/ technology to sites.
- Trouble shooting on site or remote from home base in Singapore factory.
- Operative support of Electronics Packaging plants in daily business questions.
- Identification, Evaluation, Realization of improvements on quality, cost, safety.
- Development and Implementation of mid- to long term solutions at Electronics Packaging plants.
- Improve preventive maintenance at plants.
- Coordination and sharing best practices between Electronics Packaging plants.
- Systematic and accurate project documentation.
- Process or product related change documentation at plants.
- Support execution of EHS guideline.
- Support in operating equipment according to specification and local obligations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Master’s in engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical), or equivalent.
- Highly charged and motivated individual.
- Project planning & Management, cost and budgeting control
- Excellence knowing in Plating Processes in high advantage
- Value stream analysis, LEAN incl. 5S, Six Sigma
- Basic operational/project costing
- Familiar with SPC
- Basics in EHS matters
- Independent and able to make effective decisions.
- Excellence presentation skills
- Excellence negotiation skills
- Possesses good communication skills.
- Able to perform under pressure and tight timelines.
- Meticulous with strong analytical and trouble shooting skills
- Frequent travel is required.
