As aΒ Technology Project Manager, you will:

  • Participate in the technical development of project proposals by estimating effort, defining solutions, and identifying the appropriate project team.

  • Plan, manage, and monitor project execution using tools and methodologies defined by the company or the client, ensuring delivery meets quality, schedule, and budget objectives.

  • Proactively identify risks and issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize financial impacts, quality concerns, schedule delays, and team disengagement.

  • Ensure project requirements are met and maintain a high level of client satisfaction throughout project execution.

  • Maintain a healthy project revenue flow by optimizing cash flow, reducing deferred revenue balances, and accelerating future billings whenever possible.

  • Support the identification and development of new business opportunities with existing clients.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and partnership.

  • Coach and mentor Project Coordinators.

  • Critically analyze project performance and leverage upward management when appropriate to resolve challenges and drive decisions.

  • Allocate and balance resources across project teams to meet business and project requirements.

  • Support the professional development of team members by creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs), contributing to compensation and promotion decisions, and providing consistent, constructive feedback.

  • Oversee and guide the activities of the Project Management Office (PMO) and Project Planning teams.

  • Ensure compliance with the company's Software Development Process and adherence to the established CMMI methodology.

  • Advanced to fluent English, with the ability to interact daily with global teams.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

  • Ability to contribute to the development of commercial proposals.

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, high-value projects for strategic clients.

  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and managing project data and information.

  • Strong understanding of the software and technology project lifecycle.

  • Systems thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:

  • Industry-recognized Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe).

  • Experience leading technology projects for Industry 4.0 initiatives.

  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, such as Industrial IoT, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud, Digital Twins, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, or related technologies.
