The Next Generation Programme Office (NGPO) in CAAS is looking for a strong, driven, and dynamic engineer to be part of the QA team.

- Understand, design, and frame external policies and regulations from ICAO and WOG as standardised system development procedures, considering agency and domain-specific perspectives and drawing upon relevant specialist know-how in government and industry best practices.
- Engage stakeholders from organisation stakeholders to distil the required level of system quality and design standardised procedures necessary for systems to be developed to that quality, considering constraints within the organisation.
- Engage stakeholders from system development teams to communicate, build consensus and gain support for adopting the designed standardised procedures.
- Enhance effectiveness of standardised system development procedures by improving ease of compliance while maintaining the required level of quality of systems under development.

- Expertise with problem definition and development of effective and practical solutions requiring technical expertise.
- Expertise with ISO 9000 Quality Management System, its associated activities, and its application to system development.
- Expertise with systems design and process driven development, preferably in the aviation domain or other domains subject to regulatory compliance.
- Experience with identifying and engagement of stakeholders with the intent of building consensus towards common initiatives.
- Experience with managing feedback channels among a select audience to address concerns and resolve issues.
- Familiar with Requirements and Change Management.
- [Preferable] Experience with policies and best practices pertaining to air navigation ground systems and/or WOG systems.
- [Preferable] Experience with utilising scientific research methods to assess impact of policies and policy solutions.
