Regional Marketing Manager (Digital Marketing)

We are seeking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketer to join us in the Marketing Operations Team (ASEAN, India and Korea). This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager.Responsibilities:- Develop, maintain and execute the regional marketing plans and programs in-line with Global and Theater strategic Marketing direction.
- Work with key distributors in-country on their overall marketing strategy, to include digital marketing development and activities to drive business growth.
- Experiment with a variety of digital initiatives to reach organic and paid acquisition channels to increase brand mindshare and conversions.
- Deploy successfully marketing campaigns from planning, budgeting, overseeing marketing materials, execution to reporting.
- Must be able to lead and develop new plans to create Demand Generation and support changes in the Business Units direction.
- Establish a communication framework to effectively deliver Public Relations and Brand Awareness programs.
Requirements:- Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or Mass Communications.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a B2B regional marketing role preferably in Data Centre and/or Industrial Electrical related industries.
- Good understanding in various digital platforms such as social media, Google Adwords, YouTube Ads.
- Project management experience with the ability to multi-task and manage deliverables on a timely manner and within budget.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of creative editing tools is a plus, eg Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro.
- 15 -20% regional travel.
