The Translational Materials Innovation Group, led by Professor Nam-Joon Cho, has world-leading expertise in multiple research areas, such as bio-interfacial science, including optical and acoustic biosensors, phospholipid assemblies, protein adsorption, membrane-active compounds, and antibacterial and antiviral applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducts experiments related to drug delivery, nanoencapsulation and lipid nanoparticles
Assists in interpreting and applying processes and procedures to conduct/monitor project progress
Gathers information/ data and prepare documents for reporting/ papers
Assists in and delivers training and coaching new members with relevant laboratory/ technical skills
Knowledge of web platform establishment, progress management and external collaborator communication, and contents upload.
Project performance targets & metrics development and tracking of the goals and KPIs.
Planning and operation of the international meetings, conferences, seminars, and webinars
Project related task reports as requested.
Job Requirements:
Masterβs degree in materials and mechanical engineering
Experience in thesis and/or paper writing and publish
Experience in research project collaboration with research institutes
Experience in work software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with lab management is preferred but not mandatory
Excellent on/offline communication and organizational skills
Able to work within teams
Self-motivated, fast learner, and confident in presenting to and engaging with external stakeholders
