[What the role is]
You will be actively involved in Enterprise Singapore's corporate planning process that will include planning for key corporate events involving senior management such as the annual workplan, mid-year review and management retreats.
[What you will be working on]
Corporate Planning: Participate actively in Enterprise Singapore's corporate planning process, contributing to crucial meetings and platforms involving senior management. This includes the annual workplan, Year-in-Review and management retreats.
Performance Management: Drive corporate performance by monitoring and reporting of Enterprise Singaporeβs Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and setting target across the organisation.
Project Engagement: Engage in projects aimed at refining Enterprise Singapore priorities and strategies. Your role will involve conducting thorough analysis of the opportunities and threats in the business environment, aligning with senior management priorities and collaborating with key stakeholders.
Policy Administration and Review: Contribute to the administration and review of land policies related to the industrial property market, ensuring sustained economic growth and creation of good jobs in Singapore.
International Representation: Represent Singapore at international fora focused on SME development best practices and policies.
[What we are looking for]
You should have a degree, preferably in Economics, Political Science or Business.Β
You should possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to distil feedback and ideas into actionable policy position and recommendations.
Resourceful and meticulous in nature, with excellent planning and coordination skills. You should be comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams.
Good with numbers and quantitative analysis.Β
Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Interest in policy, planning or research.
