Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Conduct subcontractors audit (eg. qualification audit, periodic audit, Anti-Mixing audit, ESD audit etc)
- Responsible for supporting customer audit to subcontractor and actions follow-up
- Responsible for cross-fertilization of best know practice from other plant and deployment of special quality requirement from customers
- Manage 8D Quality / Cycle Time / Internal Customer Complaint / Crisis / Excursion
- On-Site compliancy and validation of committed 8D actions / read across / changes
- Automotive readiness and certification programs
- Manage non-conformance lots
- Report quarterly SPE score for subcontractors and drive for improvement plan
- Training subcontractors on quality tools
- Manage Change Management (PCP)
- Follow up for implementation status of continuous improvement activity in subcontractor
- Drive subcontractor for reduction on low-tech issue through reverse FMEA, RTP (release-to-production) methodology
- Participate Yield Improvement and Process Improvement Projects
- Manage NPI to Volume Productions projects
Qualifications:
- Degree in any Engineering discipline
- Overview backend semiconductor assembly, test and finishing processes
- 3-5 years working experience in the semiconductor industry
- Candidates with knowledge of the following application has added advantages:
- ISO 9001
- IATF 16949
- VDA 6.3 process audit
- ESD
- Automotive core tools
