Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyse social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and extract actionable insights across platforms
Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports to communicate key performance indicators and campaign outcomes to internal stakeholders
Provide data-driven recommendations to refine content strategy, optimise audience targeting, and enhance overall digital engagement
Conduct competitor benchmarking and industry trend analysis to inform strategic planning and performance improvement
Collaborate with content creators, digital teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of analytics insights with campaign execution
Support website content updates and optimisation, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices and digital strategy
Assist with the production and evaluation of multimedia content, contributing data insights to inform creative direction
Stay up to date with changes in analytics tools, platform algorithms, and industry developments to support continuous improvement
Respond to ad-hoc data requests and support cross-functional projects requiring social media insights
Contribute to building a data-informed team culture by sharing findings and developing simple frameworks for reporting and evaluation

Key Skills and Competencies:
1. Social Media Analytics and Insights
Proficiency in analysing social media metrics across platforms (e.g., engagement, reach, follower growth)
Ability to draw actionable insights from data to inform content and audience strategies
Experienced with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and Emplifi
Skilled in benchmarking performance and conducting competitor analysis
2. Dashboarding and Reporting
Competent in developing and maintaining dashboards to track KPIs and trends
Ability to present data clearly and concisely for different stakeholder needs
Strong attention to detail in data visualisation, reporting, and presentation
3. Digital Content and Web Management
Familiarity with website content management systems and principles of web optimisation
Understanding of SEO and SEM best practices to support content visibility
Ability to assist with multimedia content development and coordination
4. Communication and Collaboration
Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey data-driven recommendations clearly
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, digital, marketing)
Capable of adapting communication style to suit technical and non-technical audiences
5. Problem Solving and Critical Thinking
Strong analytical skills to identify trends, diagnose issues and propose evidence-based solutions
Ability to explore new methods and metrics to evaluate social media performance
Creative thinker who is open to experimenting with new approaches
6. Adaptability and Continuous Learning
Comfortable working in a dynamic digital environment with shifting priorities
