RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of all training matters including but not limited to, the development of training materials; planning and conducting training, as well as On-the-job training and coaching for the retail team (Including train-the-trainer programs for overseas training team)
  • Work closely with overseas partners (operations, training, merchandising teams) to implement training strategies, customize the training plans and support the implementation that fits the market needs and local culture
  • Conduct regular market visits and in-store coaching to monitor the effectiveness of the training programs and ensure the execution of front-line talent development
  • Drive and maintain a strong learning culture within the overseas training team through frequent sharing of best practices, ongoing feedback, devising effective learning interventions/solutions, and engagement activities.
  • Monitor the learning progress, evaluate the effectiveness and relevancy of the learning solutions, and provide timely feedback to the team. Track learning effectiveness by defined KPIs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree / Diploma in any field - fashion/fashion retail store management experience preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years of fashion retail preferably in training, operations, sales, marketing, or client relationship management
  • Experience in physical and virtual training facilitation and engagement techniques
  • Experience working within and with global teams. Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to assess learning needs and develop training materials/learning contents
