SJ Surveying-Quantity

She will assist in preparation of cost estimates for project in design, tender or construction phase as well as valuation of progress payment, variation and preparation of Final Account.

She is required to work on measurement of quantities, application of contract rates and calling of quotations to work on costing for preparation of cost plan, tender estimates or variation work.

Her scope shall also be involved in some of the following:

• Assist in compilation of tender document or contract document;
• Compilation of tender clarification received;
• Conduct arithmetical check on tender return; and
• Checking of tender return to facilitate tender evaluation
