Job Overview:
The Software Partnership Manager will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with technology and transport partners and building our Partner Program(s). This role is responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, ensuring the seamless integration of our products or services, and collaborating with internal teams (such as engineering, marketing, and sales) to ensure the success of partnerships. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic thinker with a strong understanding of software products and the technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development:
- Identify, assess, and establish new partnerships with software and technology companies that align with business goals.
- Cultivate and manage existing partner relationships to maximise mutual benefits and ensure long-term collaboration.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, pricing, and deliverables, ensuring both parties' goals are met.
- Collaboration and Strategy:
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of partner technologies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for partnership-driven solutions.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on partnership opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all partnership-related matters, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
- Monitor the performance and success of partnerships, ensuring objectives are met and exploring growth opportunities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any partnership-related issues promptly.
- Performance Tracking:
- Define key performance metrics for partnerships and regularly report on the health and performance of partnerships.
- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and ROI, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Program Development:

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4 - 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or software sales, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and the software ecosystem.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships.
- Experience working with SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or enterprise software.
- Previous experience in managing partnerships within the tech industry or startups.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and software integration processes.

- Partners: Structure a Partner program and engage with partners
