Our Singapore team focuses on providing high-quality support to clients in areas such as healthcare, digitalization, and energy transition, leveraging government and inter-governmental platforms to drive organic growth and accelerate go-to-market strategies.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual, who is fluent in English and Mandarin, to take on a dual role as Marketing Executive and Executive Assistant. This role serves to  support the Executive Director and contributing to marketing and business development activities targeting Singapore-based clients. The successful candidate will join a small, collaborative team and play a key role in our Singapore operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Executive:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to raise the company’s profile and attract new clients.
  • Provide support in managing the company’s digital presence, including social media platforms, website updates, and content creation.
  • Coordinate and support events, briefings, and webinars.
  • Manage marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, including contcat list management.
  • Track and report on marketing activities and their effectiveness.
  • Support Taiwan office’s marketing activities (in Chinese) as needed.

2. Executive Assistant:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the Executive Director.
  • Support client relationship management by maintaining client databases and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Assist with the preparation of client proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar dual role or in marketing and administrative functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, CMS, and analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A proactive and resourceful attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with government relations or consultancy services is a plus.
  • Candidates must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents as we are unable to sponsor work visas.
