About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Visitor Services & Marketing Executive to support both daily visitor services operations and marketing efforts at a garden civic space in the West of Singapore.
This role combines visitor services operations and marketing outreach to enhance the overall experience for the garden visitors.
The contract for this role is until end Feb 2026 with possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
Visitor Services Operations (80%)
- Supervise daily deployment of Visitor Service and Security Officers
- Address operational issues and resolve ground matters promptly; escalate where required
- Respond to public enquiries and feedback via public-facing email accounts and official communication channels
- Administer permit applications and liaise with applicants for site visits and engagement
- Attend to on-site incidents, craft incident reports and liaise with emergency services when needed
- Carry out regular advisory on garden rules and regulations to visitors
- Conduct visitor surveys, track visitorship patterns, and analyse data
- Manage Lost and Found inventory
- Remain contactable 24/7 when on duty for urgent operational situations
Marketing & Outreach (20%)
- Promote the Gardenβs programmes, events, and spaces to both local and overseas audiences
- Design and manage visual and written marketing materials, signage, brochures, kiosks, and digital content
- Support other administrative and logistical duties as and when required
